PAYMENT GUIDLINES AND REFUND GUIDLINES FOR The Beauty Team

ALL SALES

When you order goods and services this creates a legal contract with The Beauty Team to provide them and with you for payment of them. when you receive the goods and services then you pay for the goods and services.

You can pay by cash in person or by credit card, debit card over the phone, in person and on our Online AVON Shop. We do not accept cheques.

All orders can be delivered where applicable in person, by post or by pick up where agreed. Where posted a postal fee is added to the total cost of the order.

AVON SALES

ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY WITH THE BEAUTY TEAM

Sales placed through The Beauty Team over the phone or through the online brochure will be processed by The Beauty Team direct and all order enquiries and payment enquiries will be with The Beauty Team directly.

You will order the goods then await the goods being delivered to assigned address.

Payment normally on delivery of order

The Beauty Team will charge a minimum estimated postage fee from £5.99(depends on order quantity and weight) if we send goods by post to anywhere in the United Kingdom.

The Beauty team reserves the right to ask for payment upfront with the order.

ORDERS PLACED BY THE ONLINE AVON STORE

You will order the goods then await the goods being delivered to assigned address.

You will be given option to place order with representative delivery which will not charge you any money upfront and the order will be sent direct to The Beauty team to deal with under our terms.

You can opt to pay for the order online where you can get delivery by courier or to another location this will be processed directly by Avon themselves.

REFUNDS OF ALL AVON ORDERS

All AVON orders are included in the AVON’S 28 day from date of delivery refund policy, this is even if you have tried the product. For full refund on products with free gift please return free gift.

Refunds of orders processed by AVON directly will be dealt with by AVON directly. You must contact AVON directly.

Refund of orders processed by The Beauty Team directly must be dealt by The Beauty Team. Refund still within 28 days.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

No refund will be given on wedding photography (unless agreed in contract of sale).

Full payment for wedding photography will be at earliest one day before the day of the wedding for example a Saturday Wedding will be paid for on the Friday. You still can pay for wedding photography after the day.

OTHER SALES

Payment is normally at time of sale and only when agreed will payment be at a different time.

REFUNDS

Any refund is subject to statutory rights.

AVON SALES have an automatic 28 days refund on them. Non AVON sales have 14 days refund on them.

Where we agree to a refund this will be processed within 14 days maximum and on the easiest method of payment to the customer. We require proof that you bought goods and services from The Beauty Team before any refund is processed.

We can refuse refunds on non Avon products at our discretion. Faulty goods get automatic refund.

We can at our discretion alter the payment terms and refunds policy terms and conditions at any time.

DELIVERY OF PRE-ORDERED GOODS

All AVON products ordered that are not paid for will be returned within the 28 day guarantee if delivery doesn’t happen or no other instructions are given about when to deliver.

All goods paid for will be delivered and where delivery has failed and all attempts at contact has been tried the goods will be legally returned to us to resell where possible. We will allow 2 months then we will resell the goods.

CARDS ACCEPTED ON THE AVON ONLINE SHOP ONLY

Cards accepted on the AVON online shop – Visa Debit and Credit, MasterCard Debit and Credit, Maestro Debit cards.  (Other cards may vary) The Beauty Team do not process card payments for direct orders paid through the AVON online shop.

Cash accepted (in person only).  Visa Debit and Credit, MasterCard Debit and Credit, Maestro Debit cards, Visa Electron and American Express, VPAY, Diners Club cards, JCB cards and UnionPay Debit and Credit cards.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ACCEPTED (IN PERSON ONLY)         

We accept Contactless Payments up to the value of £30.00 at present (Subject to change by the UK Government anytime) not all cards are contactless, only cards that carry the contactless symbol.

We accept Apple Pay and Android Pay up to the value of £30.00 at present (Apple Pay and Android Pay do not give any card details out to any retailer taking payment)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES AS PAYMENT

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY CREDIT FACILITIES OR CREDIT ACCOUNTS
